Conditions.
The Guarantee is limited to one refund per identical item, per customer, and does not apply to:
– competitor’s prices or offers that include financing or gift card offers;
– bundling of items, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, guides or videos;
– competitor’s service prices;
– items that are advertised as limited-quantity, out of stock, open-box, clearance, refurbished/used items;
– our and our competitor’s Deal of the Day, daily deals, special hour sale event items and credit card offers;
– items for sale Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving.
How To Get Your Refund.
To receive your refund, here’s what we require:
– get a copy of the advertisement either by printing the web page with the advertisement on it, or by providing a link to the web page where the advertisement appears plus the date;
– plus a copy of your SuperMany Inc invoice or packing slip;
– mail (do not fax) the ad copy and your SuperMany Inc invoice to: SuperMany Inc PO Box 1221 Oakland Park, FL 33309
– upon receipt and confirmation your request meets the above policies, we will refund the difference via your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for us to process the refund.
